Field Review - Addition / Alteration - Interior alterations to remove the kitchen and laundry facilities from the top floor of this existing one family dwelling and change the use to one family dwelling with secondary suite on the lower floor to legalize the existing suite, with 2 off-street parking spaces provided (surface parkings), having vehicular access off the rear lane (or street name). - 1st storey: secondary suite - 2nd storey: principal dwelling unit Ok for field review per L Clarke Feb 22, 2018 No IA has been done Please be advised that further development on this block may necessitate a change of address to your building at a future date. No strata-titling will be permitted. Addresses have been assigned per the approved plans, access to the secondary suite is from the North side. This access must be provided & maintained at all times and the building addresses posted to be visible from the street in accordance with the Building By-law.
