- Field Review - Addition / Alteration - Change of use to a one family dwelling with secondary suite. No Parking required, Relaxed as per R.Dinh May.22. 2019 To alter the exterior and interior of this Municipally Designated, Heritage "B" building as per conditions noted below: 1) New Foundation walls for the house. The height of the house shall not be raised as a result of this work. The alterations described under item no.1 above, authorized by the Development Building Permit Number DB-2018-02574, including conditions and plans forming part thereof, are approved under the Heritage By-Law and the Development Building Permit also constitutes a Heritage Alteration Permit. Additional interior and exterior work not requiring a HAP alteration, Scope of work to include: Adding a secondary suite in the basement ( new interior walls, and stairs have been removed), the WWOP addition on the north elevation of the basement, the WWOP addition on the existing deck on the south elevation of the main floor, the wall between the kitchen and dining room all on the main floor, and the stairs to the attic. Scope of work include renovating the kitchen/bathroom, validating the WWOP bathroom renovation, adding a washer/dryer to the upper floor, re-instating the attic by removing stairs and re-insulating the floor of this existing Municipally Designated Vancouver Heritage B building.
