Field Review - Addition / Alteration - Exterior and interior alterations to renovate the kitchen and bathroom on the 1st floor including the installation/replacement of windows and one door in this existing 2 storey and cellar one family dwelling. Scope of work includes: Exterior - north (rear) elevation install new windows and a new door, East elevation replace 2 existing glass block openings with windows, west elevation replace 1 existing glass block opening with a window & install 1 new bathroom window. Interior - demolition of walls (kitchen / den / family / bathroom) to create open concept and a bathroom expansion; Install a structural beam in the crawlspace, new drop ceiling, lighting, plumbing fixtures, millwork, counters, appliances, flooring, finishes and paint throughout.
