Scope of work to include energy upgrade in accordance with Article 11.2.1.4 of the 2014 Vancouver Building By-law. Building envelope air sealing and Attic insulation upgrade is required. Note: 1) Renovation Energy Upgrade Proposal provided by Tommy Youngsung Byun of Capital Homes Energy Inc. 2) No work proposed to the existing open to below. No extension of floor of the upper level is permitted under this permit. Only pony wall is to be removed and to be removed with glass guard. Note: DBI may require a structural engineer for glass guards.
