Revision - a result of demolition and excavation, we discovered the back portion of the foundation was compromised and needed to be removed (along with the 1-storey structure it supported) and re-built. 2 - The incorrect stair plan for the second to third floor stair was included on the original application...it encroaches on head space and has been revised.
