Install new shed style roof with 1 hr. rated side walls and new window per the attached plans and the Committee of Adjustment approval letter. Proposal to remove existing stair from the 2nd floor to the 3rd floor, install new OBC compliant stair from 2nd to 3rd floor over the existing stair opening from ground to the 2nd floor, frame in old stair opening and finish with drywall and paint, remove existing dormer, window and roof structure on the rear elevation at the 3rd floor, install new shed style dormer with 1 hr. rated side walls and new window per the attached plans, install new 3rd floor bathroom, add a new 3rd floor double closet, and complete interior alterations.
