Remove five (5) existing Carrier Heat/Cool Rooftop Units and replace with five (5) new Lennox Heat/Cool Rooftop Units of equal capacity. The existing roof curbs will be reused and curb adapters used to conform to the new footprint. A structural review has been completed by an Engineer and is attached indicating that the structure will support the weight of the new units and adpaters. A Mechanical Engineer has also prepared a review and it is also attached.
