Enquiry Centre - Demolition / Deconstruction - To retain the front facade of the existing two-family dwelling and to partially demolish by deconstruction the remainder of the building. This building has been assessed as a pre-1940 Character Merit house and as such 90% of the demolition material must be recycled and reused and to retain the front façade. Note: The deconstruction shall be in accordance with the submitted "Recycling & Reuse Plan for Green Demolition & Wood Salvage" and to be confirmed through an acceptable "Recycling & Reuse Compliance Report for Green Demolition" with copies of recycling and disposal facility receipts. Attach all receipts and submit by email to [email protected]. All deconstruction is to be completed to the satisfaction of the Director of Planning prior to the issuance of the building permit.
