High Density Housing / Commercial - New Building - Building Permit for DP-2017-00881 to develop a two (2) stories plus basement two (2) family dwelling with a secondary suite in the basement to the rear unit (Unit #2) at the front sharing a built-in parking garage with a 3-storey single-family infill building off-street parking, providing a total of 3 parking spacing at the rear having vehicular access from the lane. Revision #1: Change structural plan to the main building which is increased in length with some minor alterations of interior partitions/layout to match the approved architectural drawings.
