MCD (BP-2018-04807) $ 1,084,045.00 Infill (BP-2018-05094) $ 177,000.00 The building at 1010 E 21st Avenue is protected heritage property. Alteration to the exterior of the heritage building requires a Heritage Alteration Permit issued with the approval of the Director of Planning. We support the attached stamped proposal and ask that you process it with the following wording included in the Building Permit: “1)\tTo install a glass guard with steel stanchions on the front porch and affix a wrought iron guard to front stairs with tempered glazing.” The alterations described under item no. 1 above, authorized by the Building Permit Number BP-2019-04807, including conditions and plans forming part thereof, are approved under the Heritage By-law and this Building Permit also constitutes a Heritage Alteration Permit.” Permit amendment #1 - To add structural drawings for the main main building that were inadvertently not included in the initial permit issuance. accepted Sept.23/19 Permit amendment #2 - Layout changes so no units are stacked to facilitate changing the sprinkler standard from NFPA 13R to NFPA 13D.
