Field Review - Addition / Alteration - #201-2nd Level (Strata Lot 3) Including the operational letters from Rove Concepts dated March 1, 2019 and November 20, 2018 for interior alterations to provide tenant improvements for furniture manufacturing and wholesaling class B with subsidiary office use for this tenant (Rove Concepts Ltd.) in this shell furniture manufacturing space in this existing mixed used shell clothing manufacturing/office use building. Scope of work includes new demising walls to create rated corridor with two suites, partition walls, doors, new accessible washrooms, finishes, millwork, ceiling, lighting, electrical, plumbing, gas and sprinkler work. REVISION #1-Change corridor to 5'. Existing columns to remain as is. Steel studs wall type change from 2-1/2 to 3-5/8. Two water closets change to wall mount flush valves. All double doors change to single doors. See new "Terms" #47, #48, #49. No increase in value. ASHRAE reviewed. NOTE: Per related DB-2019-01574 to demise this floor into 3 units.
