Description

Low Density Housing - Salvage and Abatement - Salvage and Abatement Permit only and to be completed under the supervision of a registered professional. This permit does not authorize demolition, deconstruction or construction work. Early completion of Salvage & Abatement will result in the property remaining vacant. It is the owner’s responsibility to maintain the property and house in a safe and secure manner prior to the Demolition Permit issuance and the commencement of demolition work at site. This S & A permit must be completed prior to the issuance of the related demolition / deconstruction and building construction permits. The project QP must submit the Hazardous Materials Report Form in addition to the Hazmat Report and the Post Abatement Inspection Report to [email protected] for review and approval. When the Project QP has submitted the reports, our environmental protection team will be able to review them and move forward to complete the S&A Permit for you.
