Field Review - Addition / Alteration - 36 West Cordova St Interior alterations to provide improvements in this existing retail store of this existing Heritage Designated 'M' and Vancouver Heritage Registered 'A' building on this site. Scope of work: -validate the WWOP (remove the exit door to the lane and replace with roll-up door) and to install a fire separation wall to close off an opening behind a roll-up shutter door. -install new interior walls to create fitting rooms, mechanical room, storage rooms and exit stairway at level one -install new interior walls at basement level -relocate fire alarm and install new carpet and paint OK for field review as per M. Energy upgrade selected: L2 - Lighting - Exterior Lighting Control (per 9.4.1.7 of ASHRAE 90.1-2016) Revision #1 - January 30, 2020 - L. Mueske - to remove scope of work in basement (not installing interior walls or doors)
