- Low Density Housing - Demolition / Deconstruction - Exterior alterations to this existing one family dwelling to raise the house and perform exploratory work for the purposes of conducting and obtaining an Archaeological Impact Assessment. No other work is authorized under this permit and all future work will require separate permits. Archaeological site, see parcel for emails/information If the scope of work could in any way involve ground disturbance: Do not issue this permit unless you have ensured there will be ‘No ground disturbance’ (include this language in the Project Description) or that clearance has been obtained from the Provincial Archeology Branch, First Nations and CoV Archeologist. Staff to insert the following Terms in the condition of the permit: ‘Any ground disturbance may be in contravention to the Heritage Conservation Act and this project will experience development delays while the appropriate permits are obtained.’
