Scope of work includes a fire shutter over the new window on the east elevation and upgrades to the fire alarm, including smoke detectors in the public corridors and approved monitoring. This project was reviewed under the 2014 VBBL however a generic AL has been approved for the existing stairs to apply the 2019 VBBL. Revision #1 - To remove one the the proposed 3'4" x 3'8" windows and it's related fire shutter on the east elevation from the scope of work.
