Low Density Housing - Addition / Alteration - Exterior and interior alterations to enclose the existing main and second floor decks for 8531 and 8533 Montcalm and to add a carport to the north and south elevations to the existing garage for this existing two storey two family dwelling on this inside with lane site as per the Board of Variance No.Z34999 decision dated January 25th 2017 and was ALLOWED thereby granting relaxation of the Floor Space ratio, Site Coverage and Accessory Building Area and Width regulations of the RT-2 District Schedule and overturning the decision of the Director of Planning. Scope of work to include energy and building upgrades in accordance with Article 11.2.1.4 of the 2014 Vancouver Building By-law and as required by the District Building Inspector.
