Field Review - Addition / Alteration - To permit exterior and interior alterations to this existing one family dwelling and to change the use to a one family dwelling with secondary suite, to this existing corner with lane site. 2 Parking provided in the attached garage with access from the rear. Scope of work to include: Removal of the rear deck cover. Adding a new sunken patio on the east elevation to access the suite. Adding a entry to the suite in basement and adding 45 minute fire separated walls between mechanical area and suite. Main floor removing load bearing walls in kitchen, and updating layout throughout. 1290 E 48th Av (existing) 1st storey - (Principal Dwelling) 6429 Inverness St - basement (secondary suite) Addresses assigned per the approved plans, Fire and Emergency street access (walkway) to the secondary suite is from Inverness.
