The scope of work includes repair as well as upgrade to the building and its systems, creation of glazed and enclosed spaces within the Transept portion of the Church, reconfiguration of interior back -of-house rooms, replacement of the traditional fixed pew structure with non-fixed seating, and the following building envelope upgrades: -Replacement of existing roof with new copper batten seam roofing -Replacement of low-sloping roofing -Replacement of copper gutters and down-pipes -Re-pointing of existing granite cladding as required -Restoration of existing windows -Preservation of existing stained glass No changes to occupant load proposed. Maximum occupant load - 1119.
