Field Review - Addition / Alteration - This permit shall be cancelled. The owner did not include this work under the BP#2( BP-2023-00787), and confirmed that will apply for a new Permit at later date. 11-Aug-23 tn Per the Letter of Commitment dated March 7, 2022 signed by William So this Permit will be withdrawn. Scope of work will be incorporated in a new Building permit to be applied for before Oct 1, 2022. Scope of work may include the existing curtain wall system beauty cap to be replaced if required. Exterior alterations accepted for a DB permit as per Gavin Schaefer, April 16, 2018.
