NOTE: Building not sprinklered – No sprinkler inspection or permit required. NOTE: Property owner and contractor are responsible to ensure that all trees on site are to be maintained in compliance with Section 7, of the Protection of Trees By-Law #9958. No person shall commence construction on a site within 1.0 meters of the critical root zone of any trees. Work includes demolition, excavation, construction, and landscaping.
