Has been approved as per DE413681 ****- Provide minimum headroom of 6’-6” over 80% of the suite area and all exit routes. The building inspector reports insufficient ceiling height at/for (location). Prior to legalization of a Secondary Suite, this minimum ceiling height requirement must be provided to the satisfaction of the Building Inspector.****
