Field Review - Addition / Alteration - Interior alterations to legalize an existing secondary suite and change the use from a one family dwelling to a one family dwelling with secondary suite. Work to include recessing an existing beam and to remove the duct work to raise the ceiling height to comply, to validate interior layout changes and to validate the lowering of the grade under the majority of the main floor from 3'11" to 6'4" thereby increasing the floor area by approx. 288.94 sf. Also to lower the grade at the entrance to provide complying headroom.
