Description

High Density Housing / Commercial - Addition / Alteration - Interior alterations to change of approximately 530 SF of kitchen area into semi-private booths with a shower and a separate food preparation area (no exhaust canopy), and to covert the women's washrooms on the mezzanine level to change room in this existing one-storey plus mezzanine Cabaret - Granville Strip. Note: - No change to total occupant load of 273 persons (262 interior seats + 11 staff). Mezzanine level is limited to 60 persons. A permanent sign indicating that occupant load shall be posted in a conspicuous location. - Contractor shall have valid business license. - Schedule A - Randy Knill, Architect, AIBC Schedule B - Architectural, Mechanical and Plumbing received. Revision No.1. W. Ng. March 11, 2021 a- Revise shower location in proposed lounge area b- Adjust furnitures and millwork layout in proposed lounge area c- Modify mechanical and lighting accordingly in proposed lounge area d- Update interior elevations, sections and details reflecting the changes.
