Repairs proposed at the targeted areas of this building; as follows: - replace second floor roof deck waterproofing and parapet guards (42" ht.). - remove existing divider wall at second floor roof deck and replace with aluminum privacy screen with frosted glass infill. - replace existing face sealed cedar siding with new rainscreened cedar siding. - replace targeted cladding on north and south building face with new fire-retardant treated wood siding. Arch B & Struct. B and Schedule D-1 are submitted. ******THIS PERMIT HAS BEEN ISSUED UNDER THE REQUIREMENTS OF VBBL 2014******** OK for the proposed exterior changes including the new aluminum privacy screens as per Susan Chang on June 19, 2019.
