Description

Low Density Housing - Addition / Alteration - Addition/alteration to an existing 1FD to chabge to a 1FD+SS. Scope of work to include: remove existing roof deck that will be replaced with a new deck within the allowable building depth. The interior layout of the existing main and basement floors will be modified with a new stair connecting basement, main and upper floor. New windows will be installed with some existing windows kept in place. The existing one bedroom secondary suite located on the basement level will be modified to accommodate two-bedrooms. The existing exterior stucco will remain ans be repaired and patched to suite.
