Reviewed under the 2014 VBBL There is a related Board of Variance appeal (Z35168) : This appeal was heard by the Board of Variance on October 4, 2017 and was ALLOWED, thereby granting relaxations to this existing non-conforming multiple dwelling building in RT-3 District Schedule and overturning the decision of the Director of Planning who refused Development Application No. DP-2017-00602 and a request for the addition of three roof decks, subject to the following condition: (1)\tthat privacy lattice-screens (as submitted and presented to the Board of Variance) will be provided and/or installed adjacent to all the approved roof-decks (due to privacy and overlook concerns) in accordance with the Board's decision on October 04, 2017; and (2)\tthat the development shall otherwise comply with the requirements and regulations of the Zoning and Development By-law to the satisfaction of the Director of Planning.
