REVISION #1 (Dec 05, 2019): - Changes in interior layout in both storeys including wall & door relocation, new bar and new tapas bar, equipment layout, lighting layout, and removal of pizza oven with updated K2 forms. - Added two new AC units mounted on the roof and deleted pizza oven exhaust vent from the roof. - Letters of assurance and drawings are submitted with correct parcel address. - Changed occupant load changed from 125 to 129.
