Sch A, Arch B, & Stru B are submitted. ******THIS PERMIT HAS BEEN ISSUED UNDER THE REQUIREMENTS OF VBBL 2014******** Building Review Branch Notes: - Entire building to be sprinklered to NFPA 13R. - Along the exit path from the new garage, lighting and emergency lighting shall be provided as per VBBL 9.9.12.2 & 3. - The batt insulation in west exterior wall must be noncombustible and its testing result or certification to CAN/ULC-S114 to be submitted to DBI. - Basement of the infill dwelling unit must not be used for sleeping at any time. - Air tightness the building to be upgraded by 10% to achieve an air changes per hour rate of 6.56 at 50 pascals.
