Related to DP-2018-00282 Revision No. 1 as per M.A. DP-2020-00752, Aug. 2, 2021 a- Revised Building upgrade scope from major renovation to minor renovation b- Deleted generator room and associated shafts and doghouse c- Revised site plan to include removal of 1 tree and addition of 1 tree d- Revised building assemblies P2b,P3 and P3b e- Revise suite entry door to Suite S101 (into Lobby) f- Revised Suite S101 exterior swing exit door to a slider and deleted the exterior exit gate. §• Relocated stair exit door D101.2 (into Lobby) back to original position and added vision glazing to deal with door swing into exit corridor h- Deleted all proposed new insulation and gwb from interior side of all peripheral walls i- Deleted all proposed stacked washer/dryers from suites Note: "This permit has been reviewed under the 2014 Vancouver Building By-law (#10908)."
