Field Review - Addition / Alteration - Exterior alterations to repair a structural column damaged by a vehicle accident in the front of this existing Heritage A municipally designated commercial/residential building. "1)\tTo repair damaged column by removing and repairing the cladding and temporarily remove, store, and then reinstate light fixture and sign of the damaged column. If necessary, switch column cladding with cladding from an inconspicuous location, as indicated in the proposal. Concrete to be repaired and weatherproofing applied. Modification at base of the column to allow for release of moisture, as outlined in proposal.
