Description

High Density Housing / Commercial - Addition / Alteration - Interior and exterior alterations to provide tenant improvements at the 1st storey of this existing 2 storey tenant space to be used as a Food Manufacturing- Class B (Group F2) with ancillary Limited Food Service- Retail (Group E) and Office (Group D) at the 2nd storey on this site. Proposed work includes new Class 1 commercial kitchen. Building Review Branch Notes: 1. The principle tenant will be "Coho Commissary". 2. Maximum 16 persons consuming food or drink at the Retail Food Facility (Group E). Permit Amendment #- 2020-02-19- S.Le 1. South Elevation (Gridline A-5) The existing overhead door will remain in lieu of the proposed CMU infill. 2. South Elevation (Gridline E-5) The proposed new accessible entrance will not be installed. The proposed accessible entrance will be the existing double doors at the East Elevation (Gridline E/F-5). Ensure accessible path of travel to these doors is maintained at all times and the existing doors are equipped with door release hardware. 3. North Elevation (Gridline E/F-1) New “Unisex W/C” wall will be extended west to align with the wall at the “Existing Boiler Room”. 4. West Elevation (Gridline B-2) The “Existing Rolling Door” will be removed to allow for direct egress path from the south end of the suite to the egress door at the Gridline 2.
