Revision No.1 W.Ng Sep. 8, 2022 The occupancy before this permit application was a Restaurant not Retail food as indicated on the approved drawing. Therefore, the occupancy is revised back to Restaurant with no building code issue for this small restaurant suite per M. Lam. Sep. 8, 2022 Please note: Permit description has been revised but the approved drawing has not been changed. Note: "This permit has been reviewed under the 2014 Vancouver Building By-law (#10908)."
