Building inspector to determine on site is a separate sprinkler permit is required. 2. Cooking procedures producing significant grease laden vapours, or significant heat or steam are not permitted 3. Where complaints are received by the Health Department such as mould from too much moisture, over-heating in the work environment, objectionable odours, or build up of grease or smoke residue, the owner or manager is responsible to make the required corrections, such as a menu change or applying for a building permit to comply with the appropriate Class of Cooking Operation. 3. Storefront glazing is to remain clear and unobstructed. No translucent or opaque film, artwork, shelving, display case, curtains or similar elements are to be installed on or directly outside or inside of the approved glazing. 4. Energy trigger chosen; L2 - Lighting - Upgrade to incorporate Automatic Lighting Shutoff (per 9.4.1.1 of ASHRAE 90.1-2016)
