Low Density Housing - Addition / Alteration - Building Permit for DP-2017-00788 Exterior and interior alterations to enclose a portion of the existing front balcony on the second floor to create floor area, add floor space to the lower floor, add an existing bridge to connect the house to the garage, develop area under the garage and to add a cover over the side entrance on the west side of this existing two storey plus basement one family dwelling on this inside with lane site. Board of Variance EXTENSION Approved - July 04th, 2019. The extension request was considered by the Board of Variance on July 04th, 2019 and was APPROVED / GRANTED for another one-year approval. The appellants are required to obtain the required City permits related to Director of Planning who refused Development Application No. DP-2017-00788 - Request to permit interior and exterior alterations by enclosing a portion of the existing front balcony on the second floor to create additional floor area, adding extra floor area to the lower floor, and adding a bridge (access) connection from the house to the garage (rear of the site). As well, developing the area beneath the detached garage and to add a cover over the side entrance area (West) at this existing two-storey, plus basement one-family dwelling site, subject to the following condition: (1) that the development shall otherwise comply with the requirements and regulations of the Zoning and Development By-law to the satisfaction of the Director of Planning. Notes: 1. No sprinkeler or SW required at this time due to scope of work. 2. New windows on East Elevation to be TGP fire-rated frames and TGP fire-rated glass (see specifications in application documents). Required to meet spatial separation calculations. 3.
