High Density Housing / Commercial - Addition / Alteration - Interior and exterior alterations to existing suites and the addition of five dwellings units (four on the main floor, one on the 4th floor) to this existing four storey residential building. Scope of work to include a fire alarm upgrade. This project is related to AL-2017-00099 & AL-2019-00185. Reviewed under the 2014 VBBL. Revision #1 Level 1 - layout changes to units 103, 104, and 105 to include bulk storage rooms and to increase the size of the electrical room. Level 2 - layout changes to units 201, 205, 206 and 210 to change bathrooms, kitchens and to add additional bedrooms. Level 3 - layout changes to units 301, 305, 306 and 310 to change bathrooms, kitchens and to add additional bedrooms. Level 4 - layout changes to units 401 and 402 to add bedrooms and to change window layout on the south elevation of the roof deck. Revision #2 - Interior and exterior alterations to all levels and the addition of a front fence as approved by DP-2020-00665 and DP-2021-00212. - accepted June 10/21
