Note: All trees and landscaping to be retained in good condition. Contractor is responsible for protection measures. Any necessary tree removals require application for tree removals with separate permit. Director of Planning reserves the right to request a landscape plan where necessary, subject to review. Where existing landscaping is being affected by the targeted repair the applicant will protect where possible and replace any removed/damaged landscaping to match existing.” If pruning of street trees is necessary to enable work, call 311 and contact the Parks Board to coordinate.
