Ok for field review per L Clarke Oct 4, 2019 Revision #1 (R. Foster-issued Nov 5, 2020) to expand into the entire building for a new Retail SHELL unit (2856 W Broadway). Scope of work includes: Demolition of building storefront, demising wall between 2856 & 2860 units, interior walls and bathroom; relocate proposed accessible bathroom and rooftop units, new interior walls for office, new lighting throughout. Structural - new footings, Columns and shear wall to support new storefront/parapet and provide lateral support for 1st floor framing. HVAC distribution removed from scope of work. Rev #2 (R. Foster) issued Dec 17, 2020 to add HVAC distribution & change SHELL to Retail (open floor plan - BP required for shelving or any new work).
