Development Review Notes: Temporary Development Permit for retail uses running June 3, 2019 to September 10, 2019. Building Review Branch: 1. Maximum Occupant Load = 8 persons including occupant load on the ramp deck. 2. No cooking permitted. Vancouver Coastal Health: 1. A cleaning company is retained to thoroughly clean the unit after occupancy by each tenant. 2. All foods must be pre-packaged and prepared at an approved location in accordance to the Food Premises Regulation B.C. Reg. 210/99. 3. All food items offered for sale must be an already approved food item from the vendor. 4. Perishable pre-packaged foods must have appropriate temperature controlled display and storage. 5. Food retailers cannot open packages for the purpose of sampling. Individual pre-packaged samples are acceptable. 6. Installation is not extended to past 13 weeks without additional review. 7. Approval for this event is based on the list of vendors and their respective participating dates provided. Any revisions to the vendor listing or dates is subject to further review.
