King) to revise the basement layout and increase the scope of work to include alterations on the main floor and new structural work. Revision #2 issued June 4, 2021 (R. Foster) to remove basement door, window (south elevation) and rear stairs between 1st and basement; install new basement door, window 4'-8" x 3'-6" as per original and rear stairs (no change to configuration), insulate and level basement slab, install new flush beam and new footings to support 1st floor framing. Notes: 1. One bar sink in basement 2. This permit is for interior alterations to improve the first storey only.
