Low Density Housing - Addition / Alteration - Exterior and interior alterations to this existing 2-storey, one-family dwelling to convert to a one-family dwelling with secondary suite on this double fronting site. Scope of work includes raise and move house on site to conform with required sideyards, permit existing addition at rear of house by removing existing exterior wall encroachment, renovate both floors, new cladding and windows. Scope of work to include energy and building upgrades in accordance with Article 11.2.1.4 of the 2014 Vancouver Building By-law and as required by the District Building Inspector. This includes air sealing, attic insulation upgrades, and as required by the Energy Upgrade Proposal. ALL NEW WORK TO MEET VBBL 2014. BUILDING TO BE SPRINKLERED TO NFPA 13D Schedule B (Structural) submitted by Alan Prahalad, P.Eng, 604-831-1431 Energy Upgrade Proposal submitted by Net Zero Energy, 778-903-6380 Notes: 1. Agreement-in-principle received from Engineering to accept roof eave encroachment only over East property line. Encroachment agreement to be applied for at earliest opportunity and be registered with City prior to permit completion. 2. Addresses have been assigned per the approved plans. Access to the secondary suite is from Prince Edward St. This access must be provided & maintained at all times. The building address must be posted to be visible from the street in accordance with the Building By-law. 3. Relaxations to this existing character house for parking, site area, rear yard, floor area, site coverage and building depth granted under 3.2.4 as per T Chen, April 18, 2018. 4.
