Enquiry Centre - Demolition / Deconstruction - To demolish the existing one family dwelling by deconstruction (1923), to grade ($85,000). •\tThe deconstruction shall be in accordance with the submitted deconstruction plan and to be confirmed through an acceptable Deconstruction Compliance Report form with copies of recycling and disposal facility receipts. Documents to be uploaded directly to the online account. • This demolition permit also permits abatement work to be completed to WorkSafe standards. • Demo to grade only. No soil disturbance or excavation of soil other than that which is incidental to the demolition is permitted under this permit. • Hazardous Building Materials Report Form signed by the QP, WorkSafeBC compliant Hazardous Materials Inspection Report, and WorkSafeBC compliant Post-Abatement Inspection Report must be submitted prior to calling for the Notice of Demolition • This permit is subject to the Green Demolition Bylaw (11023) with a recycling requirement of 90 percent of non-hazardous construction materials. Note: Pre-1910 houses will need to salvage a minimum of 3 metric tonnes of wood. • Recycling & Reuse Plan For Green Demolition & Wood Salvage to be provided prior to the issuance of this Green Demolition Permit.
