High Density Housing / Commercial - Addition / Alteration - Building Permit for DP-2018-00398 to add to and alter this existing two-family dwelling sharing parking with a two-storey, one-family Infill dwelling, built-in two-car garage plus one surface parking all with vehicular access from the rear lane. This appeal (Z35485) was heard by the Board of Variance on May 23, 2019 and was ALLOWED, thereby deleting Condition 1.5 from the prior-to approval letter issued under Development Permit No. DP-2018-00398 and the Board-approved removal of two existing trees from the site (noted as Tree #3 and Tree #6 on the submitted Landscaping Plan), subject to the following condition: (1) that the development shall otherwise comply with the requirements and regulations of the Zoning and Development By-law to the satisfaction of the Director of Planning.
