High Density Housing / Commercial - Addition / Alteration - Elevator and fire alarm modernization with new DDRS system Interior alterations to replace existing single stage fire alarm panel with a new DDRS system and provide modernization of existing two elevators to allow for elevator recall from basement to 18th floor of this existing 18-storey multiple dwelling residential building for CSA-B44 upgrade.
