Field Review - Addition / Alteration - Interior alterations to remove the unapproved kitchen and secondary suite in the basement and to restore to recreation room in this existing dwelling unit on the south side of this existing two-family dwelling on this site. Revision #2: To update work description to clarify removal of unapproved suite and delete references to parking relaxation and secondary suites. Revision #1 to revert the originally approved Kitchen back to the original design as a Recreation Room, and to remove the electrical wiring for the range, and to remove the overhead cabinets, and to retain a 2' deep by 8' wide counter with a bar sink, as indicated on architectural drawing 2 of 4, as submitted by Property Owner Edward Sun, and date stamped received on September 27, 2021. OK for field review per Jamie Zhang, May 07/19 REUP exempted - house was built in 2016 Related CF-2018-000743 Note: \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t1. An annual Vancouver business licence must be obtained prior to the rental of the approved dwelling unit.
