High Density Housing / Commercial - Addition / Alteration - Interior and exterior alterations of this existing 2-storey infill building, addition of 32ft2 to its upper floor, and to relocate it to a new location at the rear of this site. Included in the scope of work is to demolition the existing attached 6 vehicle carport portion of the infill building and to construct a new detached 4 car garage at the rear of the property utilizing existing access from front yard (Hudson Street). The alterations described above, authorized by the Development Permit Number DP-2018-00628, including conditions and plans forming part thereof, are approved under the Heritage By-law No. 4837 under By-law No. 11351 and the Development Permit also constitutes a Heritage Alteration Permit. Revision-1 October 24, 2022 Revision to comply with VBBL 9.10.20.3.(8) for the Fire Fighters path of travel to the infill building.
