Field Review - Addition / Alteration - Revision #1 to replace the approved permit drawings with new drawing which reflect the actual as built floor plan layout, to indicate that the existing stairs meet code requirement, to provide an accessible washroom and IT Rack with locked storage in the rear portion of tenant space, and to change contractor to Bold Construction as per scanned letter, as received from Aaron Sinnathamby on May 1, 2020.
