Certified Professional Program - New Building - To construct a new 5 storey industrial (Group F-2) high-rise building consisting of: Level 1- car - wash facility Level 2 to Level 5 - self storage. The building is designed to operate as a single tenant space. This BP application has been reviewed under VBBL 2014. 15-Feb-2022 - Revision# 3 - issued. - To change the use of partial ceilings/ decks in the self storage units at Levels 2 to 5, and to install sky lockers ( 4'-0" high and 5 '-0" deep) accessible by rolling ladders operated by storage personnel only. Note: Two means of egress from the newly created floor areas at levels 2 to 5 have not been provided, nor the width of the access aisles have been changed, therefore the City agreed to permit installation of the sky-lockers under the following conditions: The entire aisle will be closed on both ends for the duration of the loading/ un-loading process of sky lockers by storage personnel only. Operational Letter of Commitment by the Owner on file. - Increased # of lockers from 800 to 1350. - Removal of most of the PV panels. Change in the Energy compliance path from ZEB to Carbon neutral.
