This appeal (Z35485) was heard by the Board of Variance on May 23, 2019 and was ALLOWED, thereby deleting Condition 1.5 from the prior-to approval letter issued under Development Permit No. DP-2018-00398 and the Board-approved the removal of two existing trees from the site (noted as Tree #3 and Tree #6 on the submitted Landscaping Plan.) subject to the following condition: (1) that the development shall otherwise comply with the requirements and regulations of the Zoning and Development By-law to the satisfaction of the Director of Planning. Revision #1: Replace back deck cantilever with 2 - 6x6 posts to principal building, and remove interior foundation walls except for one to infill building.
