Scope of work includes: new Hot water tank, bathroom, exhaust fan and duct, 2 new emergency lights with battery pack and new exit signs. Existing lighting fixtures re-used/relocated w/LED bulbs. Paint throughout. All new work shall comply with 2019 Vancouver Building By-law. OK for field review as per Eun Jeon, March 12, 2020 Rev #1 issued July 17, 2020 (L. Jayaraman / R. Foster) to add a Stair Chair for accessibility compliance on the 1st level at the 1722 Davie St entrance. Alternative Solution not required as per L.
