NOTE: This is a shell building. Public corridors proving access to two separate exits shall be constructed if more than one tenant space is proposed at any floor area in West and/or East wings. Any future TI application to be reviewed in conjunction with the "multi-tenant" layout included in Section A.800. NOTE: This building is designed and constructed with post-tensioned concrete structure. 25- Sep-2019 - Stage 1 (excavation and shoring) issued. 10-July-2020 - Stage 2 ( full construction) issued. 20-Feb-2020 - BP Revision#1 tn - Geotechnical Engineer of Record Mr. Marian Letavay, P.
